Currently, ExpandHealth is not covered by health insurance.
You can continue to see your chosen provider. Our Lifestyle Medicine program is used to guide and improve your health. We provide a range of wellness services, practices, tests and devices you might not have access to.
While we do have doctors and nurses on site, we recommend that you have a primary care physician for urgent and same-day visits and vaccinations, which we don’t provide at Expand Health. We are not available for urgent appointments. If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you visit urgent care or an ER.
We are excited to welcome you to Expand Health and are taking a series of steps based on local and national guidelines to make sure our members and employees stay safe.
We screen in advance of appointments – your temperature will be taken with a no-contact thermometer when you arrive. We clean our lab and equipment after every member visit, and have increased the frequency that we clean our bathrooms and shared spaces. HEPA air purifiers and hand sanitizer are distributed throughout the centre. We ask all visitors and employees to wear a face covering while in the centre. Feel free to bring your own, or we can provide you with one when you arrive.
Expand Health team members will be monitoring themselves for symptoms, and their temperature will be taken each day upon arrival.

Have you experienced any of the following COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days: fever greater than 100 degrees, shortness of breath, cough, chills, sore throat, loss of taste or smell? Have you been in close contact with anyone with a laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19?

Based on the latest updates in South Africa, we are no longer requiring guests to show proof of vaccination prior to experiencing our offerings.
Filling out your questionnaires allows us to make the most out of your visit. That’s why we ask that all questionnaires be filled out 48 hours prior to your initial visit. If you don’t get the chance to fill them out beforehand, you can fill out the forms when you arrive at the centre.
